What Love In Paris
Paris is one of the premier capital cities in the world especially for the romantics amongst us. A short city break has proven to be the most popular way to explore Paris, but make sure to leave enough time to get everything done! Apartments Paris can book up quickly as well so make sure to book well in advance.
Paris has a spectacular history that can be matched by very few European cities. The streets are lined with Gothic style buildings and street markets all over the city. Traveling through the city couldn’t be easier though with a terrific Metro system that runs regularly to every corner of Paris.
The best view of the city has to be from the top of the world famous Eiffel Tower and the view of the tower itself at night is fantastic, thousands of twinkling lights, shimmering along the Seine. It is one of the most beautiful sights in the entire city on the outside and provides a very interesting tour on the inside, taking you through the making of the tower and the history of France.
Take a stroll down the city’s most famous street, the Champs Elysees, a street lined with the best hotels, shops and restaurants in Paris. The street provides an insight into the lifestyle of wealthy Parisians which obviously means that the hotels are fairly pricey, but thankfully there are much cheaper ones slightly further out from the city centre. There is also a wide range of budget to luxury Accommodation Paris available to rent.
Don’t forget of course the nearby Arc de Triomphe which was built by Napoleon in 1806. The Arc contains a list of the names of every one of Napoleon’s generals and is definitely a great photo opportunity for visitors.
Paris is also home to the world famous Louvre museum. The Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo statue are just two of many appreciated works of art on display. Paris has always attracted artists and painters such as Monet and Picasso who spent many years here. With over a quarter of a million exhibits at the Louvre, it’s impossible to see everything at once. It’s the same story for most of Paris, there really is too much to see in one trip. That’s why so many people come back time and time again to the French capital.
This city has a huge variety of places to visit, many of these have not even mentioned here! It’s hard to get a real feel for Paris in such a short amount of time, but no matter how long you stay for, what Paris can promise to provide is a fun time and a great experience. I suggest booking a Paris hotel for a real Parisian experience.
